Southern Institute of Aikido is committed to providing classes that not only fit every skill level and background, but also infuse our supportive and innovative teaching approach.

All classes are proudly offered in English, Spanish, and ASL.
AIKIDO CLASSES
Mondays and Wednesdays from
6:30pm to 8:30pm
General classes are where we safely train to build our knowledge and skill in Aikido. Here we warm-up, strengthen ki, study principals, and practice defensive techniques - all with the continuous help of our awesome team of veteran instructors.
CHILDREN'S AIKIDO CLASSES
Tuesdays and Thursdays from
6:30pm - 7:30pm
Our children's Aikido classes are the perfect spot for your child to begin their Aikido journey. Hosted by Shihan Contreras, kids will learn in a safe, structured environment that is also fun and engaging.
